Are there any lakes near the coast that have enough population to have fast Internet?

If not near the coast, any lakes in Ecuador with a good population base and comfortable weather all year?  Comfortable to me is Mid 80's for a high in the summer months.

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to answer this.

Apparently not.  Not a lot of lakes here.  Once flying over Santa Elena peninsula, I noticed a very large lake.  Your post made me look it up on Google Earth.  Very large, but doesn't look like any population.  Hmmm...

San Pablo near Otavalo is a good sized lake for South American standards.

Good call.  And it's beautiful there.  Could drop down into 50's or so some nights.
